A felicidade utilitarista de John Stuart Mill

Para John Stuart Mill prazer e felicidade não são a mesma coisa, pois uma determinada quantidade de desfrutado significa necessariamente que pessoa alcance na proporção. A seria um apanhado geral bem estar presente apenas no indivíduo, mas em toda sociedade qual ele vive. Desta forma compreende pode haver onde todos os indivíduos tenham ilimitada prazeres sendo assim existiram pessoas sofrendo infelizes dentro da sociedade. Contudo essa situação se alterna com o tempo entre indivíduos, seu ponto vista valoriza somatório do todas as pessoas, levando ao princípio maior felicidade. Felicidade esta é igual escola das virtudes ou mesmo deontológica, ela diferencia por abordar outras questões como razão para promover bem, implementação prevenção danos, ajuda aos inocentes consideração números efetivamente contam, seja, sua preocupação vai além aspecto individual. tanto, desvinculada moralidade, análise consequências ações pro deve contrapor princípios morais humana.
